At Garpeskjær east, Havnekraft has a shore power plant with a total output of approx. 650 kW, with options for voltage of 400/440/690 VAC and frequency of 50 or 60 Hz. The facility is built according to the standard for shore power (IEC 80005)

In the spring of 2023, Havnekraft commissioned a new shore power plant at Garpeskjær west (Haugesund Cruise Terminal). The facility is designed to be able to provide high-voltage shore power to cruise ships and low-voltage shore power to offshore ships, liners and other vessels. The plant has a total output of 11.5kW and the possibility of a low-voltage supply of 400/440/690 VAC (50 / 60 Hz), as well as a high-voltage supply of 6.6 kV or 11 kV (50 /60 Hz). The plant is built according to the standard for shore power (IEC 80005).

Havnekraft has a 700 kW shore power plant that can supply shore power to two of the quays on the Killingøy mainland. The facility has the option of voltage of 400/440/690 VAC and frequency of 50 or 60 Hz and is built according to the standard for shore power (IEC 80005).
